Somewhere along the spiritual quest of healing, discovery and understanding of self and other through compassion, I rediscovered the innocent untold future of my inner child. She's the little girl who imagined the diorama would come to life and the wax sculpture of rust proof paint would really cure the woes of her sister's car. In discovering glitter as an adult, I learned how to redefine myself by painting my face in masks of makeup and glitter that enabled me to find strength. As the glitter fell off my face and onto paper, I suddenly found myself wanting to create lasting art and give it away as a means of connecting, taking away the stress of my then corporate life, and rebelling against all the "shoulds" crowding my "adult" mind.

Through a series of unexpected and uncontrollable events, Valentine's day of 2001 offered me the greatest love of my life: time to focus full-time on manifesting the reality of art and beauty, love and light - all that I see in what glitter is. Since getting fired illegally for protecting my employee who was being sexually harassed by a customer, I've been working full time on my static and performance art (light dancing, belly dancing, DJing and music performance and composition).
